I had made one similar to this before, but the pineapple was a flat fondant piece. I wasn't a huge fan of it, so this time I made the pineapple out of cake. MUCH better! And I added Gary the Snail. :)

Who Lives in a Pineapple Under the Sea?
Another SpongeBob cake! This one is extra special though. One of my favorite ladies, @GenSpin, ordered it for her youngest son. I was super duper excited to make this cake!

Angie, the cake was the centerpiece of the whole party! Everyone LOVED it! Not just how gorgeous it was, but how delicious it tasted. The Pineapple house was a whole cake in itself! I actually saved it and served it to Niko on his real birthday, 2 days later (it was still really moist and delicious). Your Gary the Snail was the star of the show! The details on him were perfect! We let Niko eat Gary like a beautiful lollipop. I am blessed to have such a talented friend! Thanks again for making my little guy's birthday SO special!
